Police Care UK
We are a national charity dedicated to those who suffer harm as a result of their policing role. Through our confidential programme of practical, emotional, and financial support, we are there for serving and for former personnel carrying the physical and psychological impact of public service.
We are independent of the police service, and are funded entirely by donations and fundraising - we receive no money from government for our work. The organisation, that was born from public support, continues providing help and complementary care through targeted services, projects and programmes.
We help police to be better prepared for the stark realities, challenges and risks of modern day policing and ensure that those who carry physical or psychological scars have someone to turn to when things get tough.
£5 a month could contribute to providing a clinical assessment of a police officer or their partner.
£10 a month would subsidise a year's access to the wellbeing App to support those who are experiencing anxiety and or depression.
£15 a month could enrich our ability to provide the trauma focussed therapy to serving or a retired police officer.
With your support we can help more police harmed through their job to recover and rebuild their lives.
